A pilot (also called a POC or proof of concept) is a structured trial of your product with a prospective enterprise customer. Pilot Tracker helps you manage the entire process — from defining success criteria through conversion to a paid contract.

How is this different from a CRM?

CRMs track deals across your entire pipeline. Pilot Tracker focuses specifically on the pilot phase — the part where you're proving value, managing stakeholders, and converting a trial into a paying customer. It's not a replacement for your CRM. It's the tool that helps you win the deals your CRM is tracking.

What if I'm only running one or two pilots?

The free plan supports up to 3 active pilots — that's enough for most early-stage founders. You don't need to upgrade until your pipeline grows.
